Rental terms
1. Purpose
These terms set out how vehicles offered by EMBAF CAR, a car rental agency based in Agadir, Morocco, are rented. By booking a vehicle, the customer fully accepts these terms.
2. Rental requirements
The renter must hold a valid driving licence, show an ID card or passport and meet the minimum age (usually 21).
EMBAF CAR may refuse a rental if these requirements are not met.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, by phone or on the website.
Payment can be made when the vehicle is delivered, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery and return
Free delivery to Agadir airport, hotels in Agadir and any address of your choice in Agadir.
Delivery outside Agadir (other airports or cities) is possible for an extra fee based on distance.
5. Insurance
Vehicles are insured in accordance with Moroccan regulations. Additional insurance may be offered depending on the contract.
6. Renter’s responsibility
The renter is responsible for traffic offences, damage caused by negligence and for obeying the highway code.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may vary by booking. Please contact our team for any change.
8. Assistance
EMBAF CAR provides support to its customers throughout the rental.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
